Shipping & returns
Goosecraft articles can be delivered at any address of your choice. This can be your home address or another address. We don’t charge shipping costs for orders in The Netherlands and Belgium. For all other European countries we do charge shipping costs.
Please note: we do not ship to Switzerland or countries outside the EU at this moment.
- We strive for the following delivery times:
- The Netherlands: ordered on workdays before 12.00, next-day delivery by DPD.
- Belgium: ordered on workdays before 12.00, next day delivery with DPD.
- Other European countries: delivery within 2-3 workdays with UPS.
Goosecraft shipments for Belgium and The Netherlands are handled by DPD/Selektvracht. For more information about the package services of DPD you can visit the DPD website. If you have not received your shipment within 3 workdays, please send an email to [email protected] We will inform you about the order status as quickly as possible.
Goosecraft shipments for European countries (except Belgium and The Netherlands) are handled by UPS. For more information about the package services of UPS you can visit the UPS website. If you have not received your shipment within 3 workdays, please send an email to [email protected] We will inform you about the order status as quickly as possible.
Ordered items which aren’t shipped yet can be cancelled. Please email us if you want to cancel your order, or give us a call at +31 (0)20 240 28 40. After you have received our confirmation, the order is cancelled.
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or did you order the wrong item? No problem! You have the right to return the item within 14 days after delivery. After we collected the item(s), we will refund your money.
In case you wish to return an item, it is important to handle the item and packaging with care. If the plastic wrapping is damaged in such a way it cannot be used again for the return shipment, we would want you to use a good and sturdy alternative packing material. You are kindly requested to unwrap and use the item only to determine whether you would like to keep the item. Used, damaged and items without the unique return label/seal cannot be returned or exchanged. The return label is the label which is attached to your item with a plastic wire and it should not be removed when you wish to exchange or return the item.
If the return label is no longer attached and/or if we strongly suspect the item has been used, you are not eligible for any refund and we will return the item to you.
Please note: the return costs are costs carried by the sender.
When you want to return an item, please follow the following steps: 1. Put the items in the original package. 2. Fill in the return form which is delivered with your order and include it in the package. 3. Paste the address label on the package. 4. Send us the return shipment. Please note: the shipment costs are costs for the customer. 5. When we have received the order, we will refund the money and inform you by email.
Goosecraft items can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery. This is free of charge. When you want to exchange your order we ask you to contact our customer service and inform us which articles you wish to return and receive. You can contact the customer service by email – [email protected] or by phone +31 (0)20 240 28 40. We will reserve the article you wish to receive.
Please follow the next steps when you want to exchange: 1. Contact the Goosecraft customer service and inform us which articles you wish to return and receive. 2. You will receive a confirmation email with the exchange instructions. 3. Send us the package. 4. When we have received the package we will send the new items. We will inform you about this.
